Jose Silva has over 20 years experience in the food industry. He found his passion for food at the young age of 13 when he helped his mother and father create delicious meals at their family restaurant. Now, Jose has made a career of managing major restaurant chains. Jose's dream was to one day open a restaurant of his own and with the Flaming Grill Cafe he provides the opportunity to enjoy fine foods in a fun and friendly place close to home.  

The Flaming Grill Cafe serves buffalo, ostrich, sirloin, Wagyu, elk, venison, calamari, and more prepared in many ways for your enjoyment. Our food is always made to order, served in large portions, and reasonably priced.
